1. Acceptance
By using N-Drive you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Permitted use
N-Drive is for personal and commercial driver-safety use. You may not use it to harass drivers, violate labour laws, or for any unlawful purpose.
3. AI scoring
Risk scores are estimates based on motion data and machine learning. They're informational, not insurance underwriting decisions. We work to improve accuracy but make no guarantees of specific outcomes.
4. Fleet responsibilities
Fleet managers are responsible for: (a) informing drivers they're being tracked; (b) complying with local labour and privacy laws; (c) using N-Drive ethically.
5. Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime — you'll keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used the service significantly.
6. Liability
N-Drive is provided as-is. We're not liable for accidents, vehicle damage, lost income, or any consequential damages. Maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in Nairobi courts.
