1. Data we collect

We collect account information (name, email, phone), trip data (GPS, speed, accelerometer), and device information needed to provide N-Drive services.

2. How we use your data

We use trip data to generate risk scores, deliver coaching, and improve our AI models. Fleet managers see aggregated and individual driver data for drivers in their fleet.

3. Sharing

We never sell your data. We share data only with: (a) your fleet manager if you're attached to a fleet; (b) processors who help us run the service (hosting, email, SMS); (c) authorities if required by law.

4. Retention

Trip data is retained for 12 months on the Free plan and indefinitely while your Pro/Fleet account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time via Profile → Account. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR.
